ROAD TRIP TO TEXAS!

HI YA"LL!!

Howdy from Texas!! We got to spend an AMAZING week with papa and nana and all the rest of the family for the Christmas week! I got to go on another airplane ride and we flew all the way to Texas! When we got here, it was warm and sunny! Like 80 degrees warm!! IT was SOOOOO Nice!! We've gotten to do so much! Mom got to play basketball with all her brothers and sister and dad, we all went shopping, ate A LOT of nanna's food! And when I went to bed, dad and mom stayed up until all hours of the night playing Uncle Lucas' new Wii or playing Uncle Tim's Guitar Hero!

We also went bowling, ate MORE food, played basketball out in the driveway until 1:30 in the morning! (Good thing the cops didn't come) We also got to see some real Texas Longhorns!

It was so good to finally see papa and nanna again! It's been awhile...

Mom really needs to grow alittle bit taller...she's the shortest one in the family!!

And yes, I know, the video is sideways again!.....

SNOW Day!!!

Well the snow started to fall around 1:30 on Friday afternoon and look what happens when we get stuck at home. Baylee thought it was fun to wear her pants on her head and then we went outside to check out the scene! We got over 1 foot of snow! It was great!

Baylee really didn't know what to think of the snow on Friday night, but did she ever like to go sledding with dad and grandpa! Watch me go!

New York City

On another road trip with mom and dad! This time we went to New York City!! We woke up early, actually I got up before mom and dad because I was so excited, and we took off for the train station. We got there in great time (so says dad) and we hopped on the MTA bound for Grand Central Station. I'm a pro now at riding mass transportation whether its train, planes, or automobiles. Here's a picture of me getting ready to board the train. I slept the entire train ride because I knew it was going to be fun filled day!

I couldn't believe my eyes when we got to Times Square! All the lights, sounds, taxi cabs, and billboards were so exciting to see! I was looking all over the place! Dad let me ride in his backpack for awhile so I could see over everyone.

We then headed for FAO Schwarz toy store! The line to get into the store was all around the ENTIRE block! But it went by fast and got in quickly! There were so many cool toys to see! We even saw Ted Denson!! (aka Sam from "Cheers").

We then went into Toys R US and I saw a huge ELMO toy! He was pretty cool. My cousin D would have loved him!

I took a nap so mom and dad took a stroll in Central Park. Don't worry, I'm under the blanket on mom's back, they didn't leave me anywhere. They saw all the horse drawn carriages and lots of people running throughout the park. Mom and Dad said they had a great time! I'm just glad I got to enjoy it with them!

Then we made a final stop at Rockefeller Center to see the big Christmas Tree! It was so cool to see all blinking lights and the huge crystal tree topper! The ice skating rink under the tree was pretty cool too! The video clip below shows everyone in action...including the tree.

I was so worn out from the trip, I slept the ENTIRE ride home!! (my cheeks aren't red from the cold...it's my polish heritage!)

But when I got home, I was wide awake wanted to play some!

Need some?

See the video of me crawling around!! I can really motor around now that I've figured this thing out!! I especially like to crawl to Koda's tennis balls! I try to race him but he always wins!! Some day I'll be fast like Koda!! Then he better watch out!!

I have a pretty cool family!

Be on the look out for our Christmas card!! They should be arriving in your mailbox in the next week or so!!

My first tooth!

I got to try on my Christmas dress early because mom wanted to take some pictures. I was so excited and my dress is really pretty!

I like to chew on candy canes...especially now since I have my FIRST TOOTH!!!

Then, we were decorating the tree and I found these blue lights! They were really neat looking!

I love mom's fingernail polishes!

Pumpkin Patch Kid

The other day, we took a car ride to Escobar's farm and went through the pumpkin patch. Mom got a crazy idea to make homemade pumpkin pies and bread so we gathered up some really good pumpkins...

On our way to the patch, we came across a corn field. Mom says that papa and nanna use to have lots of corn. It's just like what I saw in Minnesota!

We found our way to the pumpkin patch. Dad brought along a big wagon so we could put all our pumpkins in it. Since it was late in the season, we got to pick all the pumpkins we wanted!

I think these pumpkins were perfect. Mom calls me her little pumpkin. And trust me, these pumpkins made some great pies!

I LOVE MY FAMILY!

BOSTON

I just get home from going on a big airplane and mom and dad introduce me to the commuter train to Boston!! It was a lot of fun! It went pretty fast but I wasn't scared! I'm a big girl!

We visited "Cheers"...

...Dad rode a donkey...he mentioned something about democrats...

I

...And we saw the spot where Paul Revere was buried along the Freedom Trail!

Another cool day with the fam!

Getting Bigger!

"I'm assuming the position!!! Getting ready to C-R-A-W-L!!!!"

Then I wanted to help dad make some bread, but I wore myself out, I fell asleep in his arms! (That's not a helmet on my head, it's a mixing bowl!)

My First Airplane Ride

WOW! My first big airplane ride!! I was so excited to fly the friendly skies!! On my way to Minnesota, I was personally escorted into the cockpit to meet the pilots! Mom didn't even get to go in! The nice airline attendant let me go in there and see all the cool buttons! I wanted to push them all!!

Then I finally arrived in Minnesota after a long car ride from Chicago. I got to meet some of my relatives. I didn't know I had so many cousins, aunts and uncles, and grandparents! I even have a great-great grandma!! They were all so much fun! I was so tired after every day! It was hard work to keep up with everyone!

I even got to go out in the fields and watch my uncle Dan bring in some soybeans! He gets to ride a big tractor all day and all night just in case if it rains! He stays pretty busy! I wanted to go and sit by the tractor but mom said it was too dusty so it was best I stayed inside the truck.

Check out this video of my Uncle Brett giving me what he called a "Whisker Rub". I thought it was pretty funny...But you know me, as soon as the camera came out, I didn't laugh as hard :)

Dad sure did miss me! He says he's glad to have his girls home!!
